Submitting a service request form or contact form through this website does not guarantee an appointment time. We will contact you to confirm scheduling, availability, and any details about your service request.

Pricing & Payment

Pricing for any work will be communicated before work begins. Payment is currently accepted in person; online and card payment options may be added to this site in the future.

No Guarantee of Outcome

While we work to diagnose and repair issues correctly the first time, drain and pipe systems can be unpredictable, particularly with older homes and hidden pipe conditions. We will communicate honestly about any unexpected findings that affect the scope or cost of a job.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Outlaw Drains and More is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. This does not limit any liability related to services actually performed at your property, which would be governed by the terms of your service agreement/invoice.
